Wednesday-
Saw My Morning Jacket and VHS or Beta at the Palace Theater on Wendesday night. I'm not a huge My Morning Jacket fan, but the show was great. There are just some bands that sound better live than on CD and My Morning Jacket is one of them. VHS or Beta was great as usual. I've seen them before and they always get the place jumping. As soon as MMJ took the stage, however, there was a strong smell of..what....POT? LOTS AND LOTS OF FREAKING POT!!!

Damn...I think I got a small contact buzz, since I don't really smoke.

Thursday-

Today-

I have an interview for a job at 2:30. This is not going to be a giant career move, but its a job. I'm planning on going to the gym, paying some bills and staying the hell away from major shopping centers

Harry Potter

Saw GoF over the weekend. It was pretty good, although not exactly canon. No where NEAR enough Snape (Church will agree with me on this one) however we did get to see "Mr. Hottie-Pants" aka Lucious Malfoy, complete with pimp cane.

Fluer is a terrible veela. Hell, veela's don't have dirty, dishwater blonde hair. Krum was awesome, as well as Karky.

I'm not really sure what to think of Albus. The gentleness in the old wizard seems to have gone away. He needs to channel more Gandalf. Smoke some halfling weed or something.

DRUNK/TORNADO POST!!!

So battening down the hatches for a FREAKING TORNADO IN NOVEMBER AND CARE-GIVING FOR A PISSED OFF/ON (get it, she wets her pants, har, har!) RELATIVE IS TEH MOST FUN EVAH!!

So I'm really have a feeling that the roof is going to blow off and I'm going to be impaled with something in my right calf.

Don't know why I have this feeling. Perhaps it was the MOTHER FUCKING REFRIDGERATED SHIRAZ. I swear, I HATE Yellow Tail, especially the Shiraz. Actually, the fact that it was cold helped to mask the taste. Granny is watching something on TV, and its turned up all the way, which is quite annoying, but I'm literally waiting for the power to go out.

Ok, ok. The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory/Tim Burton/Hot Topic wank that was that movie was THAT bad.

But it was still pretty bad. The angry Indian Oompa-Loompa's where pretty lame.

Also, on a side note. Helena Bonham-Carter is a very talented actress and I'm sure that she appreciates it and we all know that you are bumping uglies but TIM FOR SERIOUS YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT HER IN EVERY SINGLE MOVIE YOU DO!!!
