The Dumbest Parking Lot in the City
No one ever parks there.
People just park there to do drugs or make out.
Or dump bodies.
I walked around it the other day and the only thing remotely interesting was a dead squirrel, bubble wrap and lots of goose poop.
I blame Papa John's.
